Created with the vision of a single table, where 700 South Africans from all walks of life would share a luncheon together and show the country that truly unified people hold the power to heal a nation, the Table of Peace and Unity has become an annual fundraiser, with more than R7-million raised since its inception in 2000.

The generosity and caring does not stop at The Table of Peace and Unity. This year communities are being encouraged to participate by nominating their own City’s Angels. An initiative launched in partnership with Heart 104.9FM, City’s Angels is a call to action to the public to nominate an individual or organisation, who against all odds, has dedicated their life to helping disadvantaged children in and around the community.
