*Toffie Festival Breathes Night Life into City Hall
Cape Town’s historic City Hall, will host a full scale After Party for the upcoming Toffie Pop Culture Festival. Performances by Liver, Dirty Paraffin, Sibot and the B-Team, party revellers will also be treated to a spectacular light show by Japanese designer Daito Manabe.
